Senior Pastor
DaTonja "DT" Stanley

DaTonja was installed as Senior Pastor at Harvest-Time Worship Center (HTWC) in February 2021. Lovingly known as "Pastor DT" to the Harvest-Time congregation, he has had a long history of serving God in various capacities: Praise and Worship Leader, Minister in Training, Altar Counselor, Cell Group Leader, Assistant Instructor for new church members, Children’s Church Music/Activities Director, and Youth Ministry Teacher Assistant, Vice President of the Singles Ministry, and Vacation Bible School Teacher (just to name a few).

Pastor DT was first ordained in 1985 as a minister at The Cornerstone Church of the Living Word in Atlanta, GA by Bishop Elsie Stinson. In 1993 DT moved to Pennsylvania and became a member of New Covenant Church (NCC) of Philadelphia led by Bishop C. Milton Grannum. NCC is where DT met Antoinette (Toni) Rogers in late 1997. The two were married at the end of 1999.

The couple moved to Bucks County, PA and joined First Baptist Church of Langhorne (FBCL), under the leadership of Pastor Clarence Lockett, where DT served as an associate minister among other roles. For two years, beginning in 2003, DT also served as Treasurer of the Bucks County NAACP. In March of that same year DT earned an MBA in Management Information Systems from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

In 2005, DT and Toni moved to Middletown, DE and in 2007 they became members of Seeds of Greatness Bible Church (Seeds) led by Pastor Jerome Lewis in New Castle, DE . There, DT ministered as a member of the Praise Team, as a teacher for Students with a Testimony (SWAT), and as a member of the Timothy Team along with other service opportunities.

In April of 2019 DT and Toni were ordained as Elders at Seeds, and in March of 2020 they accepted the roles of Interim Pastors at Harvest-Time. DT was ordained and installed as the Senior Pastor of HTWC, with Toni’s full support. He presently serves in this capacity while also working full-time as a Software Engineer on the Service Now platform.
